93 -- OMNI-ARMOR PANELS SOL 00Q0008 POC April Delancy (202) 406-6940 The U.S. Secret Service (USSS) intends to negotiate and award on a sole source basis in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 with Sierracin/TransTech, 12780 San Fernando road, Sylmar, CA 91342, for the purchase of portable replacement omni-armor panels. Sierracin/TransTech is the developer of the original panels and is the sole source of conforming replacements. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. No formal solicitation package is available. The Government will not be responsible for any cost incurred in responding to this notice. Award is anticipated within thirty (30) days. See Note 22.
