Contract Therapists work schedules will vary depending on the staffing and patient levels. However, VA will provide the contractor at least one week advance notice whenever possible. The contract Registered Occupational Therapist and Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant shall perform range of services provided in a civilian medical facility. Contract Therapists must possess full unrestricted and current certifications by the AOTCB and or the NBCOT to practice in the state of California. The anticipated performance period is for a base year of December 20, 1999 Through December 19, 2000, with two one-year renewal options. The standard Industrial code is 8049 and the solicitation is a 100% total set-aside for small business concerns.
