V -- MODIFICATION TO COMMERCIAL TRAVEL OFFICE CONTRACT F16602-92-D00010 The Government intends to negotiate and issue a sole source modification to contract F16602-92-D0010 with SATO Travel, 1005 North Glebe Road, Arlington VA 22201, to provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision and other items or services necessary to perform interim management and operation of the commercial travel offices located at Barksdale AFB LA and Dyess AFB TX. The purpose of this contract extension is to allow the Government sufficient time to award follow-on DOD-Wide Commercial travel Office (CTO) contracts. Any contractual agreement for these interim services will be for the base period of 1 April 2000 through 30 June 2000. Modification will also contain a no-cost termination clause giving the government the unilateral right to terminate the agreement with a 60-day government notice to facilitate award and providing of services under the follow-on DTS regional contracts.
