These services include surface blading, scarification, developing water supply and water, traffic control, surfacing repair and replacement, ditch cleaning, drainage structure cleaning, culvert repair, and replacement, slide removal and slump repair, road obliteration, remove and install log barriers, snow removal, etc. Solicitation issue date 11/15/99.
