All drawing packages shall consist of all top drawings and their parts lists. Connector sub-assembly drawings will be included but details of the inserts and the tooling to make the inserts will not be included. This information is proprietary to Caton. Caton connector sub-assemblies shall be available for purchase by other companies. All other Caton detail drawings and tooling drawings required to build the cable shall be included in the drawing package. This requirement is sole sourced to Caton Connector. At this time, the Government does not own drawing/specification rights. A firm fixed price contract will be awarded utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Delivery of the drawings is required 6 weeks after contract award; delivery of the Cable Assemblies and Connectors is 16 weeks after inspection and acceptance of the drawing packages. Shipping terms are FOB Destination, NAVSURFWARCEN Division, Crane, IN with inspection and acceptance of the drawings, cable assemblies and connectors at destination. FAR Part 12 procedures will not apply. All responsible sources may submit an offer with will be considered by the agency.
