Collins, Contract Specialist, (352)330-3014 The Bureau of Prisons/Federal Correctional Complex in Coleman, Florida, is soliciting quotes on a full and open competitive basis from qualified companies for a coffee machine equipment, supply and service, capable of serving approximately 3500 patrons per day. A firm-fixed price contract will be issued under the simplified acquisition procedures. Vendor must supply, install, and maintain twelve (12) coffee machines. The equipment will be in seven (7) service locations, all within close proximity of each other. Equipment placement will be four (4) machines in each inmate dining hall (Low and Medium), one in each staff dining hall (Low and Medium), and two at the Camp dining hall, for a total of twelve (12). All repairs must be completed within twenty-four hours of notification. Vendor must provide emergency service twenty-four hours per day at no extra charge. Coffee must be concentrated, premium roast, with disposable packaging to prepare an eight ounce medium strength, caffeinated beverage. No metal or glass containers.
