The Federal Highway Administration plans to award a Purchase Order to American Mobile Subsidiary Corporation (AMSC) for continued monthly L Band Phone Service and Technical Support. The FHWA has determined through market research that it is most cost effective to utilize the same service provider for all units owned or to be owned. The AMSC for the lat four (4) years has provided the phone equipment as well as the service and technical support. Firms that recognize and can provide the requirement items and services described may identify themselves by written notice to the Contract Specialist. This is not a request for competitive quotes. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
