Kirkpatrick, Contracting Officer, 202/307-3070 Concerns having the ability to provide Community Corrections Center (CCC) (halfway house) services for male Federal offenders. Line Item Number One (1) Provide residential CCC for male offenders in the Madison, Wisconsin metropolitan area. Line Item two (2) Provide outpatient transitional drug treatment services for male offenders confined in community-based programs in the Madison, Wisconsin metropolitan area. A firm-fixed price, requirements type contract with a two year base period and three-one year options is anticipated. Services for the base period are to begin October 1, 1999 through September 30, 2002. Those interested are requested to give written notification (including telephone number and point of contact) to the contracting office listed in this notice. Services required include care, custody, control accountability and dental treatment for CCC. Line item number one estimated total number of inmate days for the base year and the first, second, and third option years for CCC services is a minimum of 1,825 and a maximum of 3,650 inmate days. Line item number two, transitional drug treatment services are required for a total of 20 inmates for the base year and each of the three one-year options include Intake Assessments (an estimated total of two (2) assessments per inmate), ndividual counseling (24 half-hour sessions per inmate), and group counseling (48 half-hour sessions per inmate). The services required shall be in accordance with the Bureau of Prisons' Statement of Work. Location of the facility should be in the Madison, Wisconsin metropolitan area. Estimated RFP issue date is on or about November 7, 1999 and the estimated closing date is January 6, 2000. All responsible parties may submit a proposal which will be considered by this agency.
