The Army requires a Cost-type contract for the Operation, Maintenance, and Support of the Red Cloud Range Complex which consists of the following facilities: Multiple-Purpose Range Complex (MPRC) Red Cloud-Echo (RC-E), Red Cloud-Foxtrot (RC-F), Red Cloud-Golf (RC-G), and Red Cloud-Hotel (RC-H). The required services includes providing personnel, management, and any other items and services not Government furnished which are necessary to perform requisition, storage, securing, and maintenance of equipment; The successful contractor shall also perform organization level, intermediate level, and preventive level maintenance on range materials and remote target devices, and operate moving and stationary targets as required. Phase-In services shall commence on 1 APR 2000 with full contract performance commencing 1 MAY 2000 and continue through 30 SEP 2000 with options to extend the term of the contract 4 additional 1-year periods.
