The response time required by FAR 5.203 would begin on the date of issuance of the EBS solicitation. DESCRIPTION OF WORK: This is a Firm Fixed-Price Contract. The contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, equipment, and materials to replace and install a new 10 ton electric hoist and trolley at Hanger 3. Hoist and trolley shall be for operation on 480 VAC, 3 phase, shall be pendant operated from floor level and shall have two speed hoist approximately 22/7 feet per minute, and two speed trolley approximately 45/15 feet per minute. Hoist shall have 42 feet lift and shall be capable of disassembly for individual inspection/certification, shall be with true vertical lift and pendant shall be located 6 inches above floor level.
