All workmanship shall be in accordance with the best practices established by the National Association of Institutional Laundry Managers (NAILM) and the International Fabricare Institute (IFI). Services shall include all processes necessary for laundering of the articles even though every step involved is not specifically mentioned. All work shall be performed under sanitary conditions. This service will be performed weekly. The SIC (Standard Industrial Classification Code) is 7218. The estimated weekly pick-up is 21,000 lbs. Contract period shall be for one (1) year, with two (2) 1 year options. This procurement is being conducted utilizing simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with format defined in FAR 12.303 and procedures in FAR Part 14.
