781-377-9299. Notice of Contracting Action for the purchase of Audio
Visual Equipment for four (4) conference rooms to include installation
and training. The Audio Visual Equipment will be listed in the Request
for Proposal (RFP) and must be compatible with existing equipment.
Contractor must also have the capability to support existing and new
equipment as a result of this acquisition. The equipment is located in
Bldg 1630 Conference Rooms. A site visit will be required and the date
and point of contact specified in the RFP F19628-00-R-0001. Delivery,
installation and training shall be FOB destination, to be accomplished
within sixty (60) days after receipt of contract. This acquisition is
being accomplished in accordance with FAR Part 12 for commercial
items. Award is subject to Contractor Central Registration (CCR). An
Acquisition Ombudsman, Colonel Steven H. Sheldon, Director, Commander's
Staff, has been appointed to hear concerns from offerors or potential
offerors during proposal development. You should only contact the
Ombudsman with issues or problems you cannot satisfactorily resolve
with the program manager and/or contracting officer. The Ombudsman role
is to hear concerns, issues, and recommendations and communicate these
to the appropriate government personnel. The Ombudsman will maintain
strict confidentiality if desired. The Ombudsman does not evaluate
proposals or participate in source selection. You can contact the
