Contract will be an Indefinite Quantity Contract. Deliveries will be made six (6) days per week to include national and legal holidays to approximately nine (9) dining facilities. Delivery shall be accomplished prior to 0600 hours daily. Contractor facilities shall be required to pass an Army Veterinary Services inspection prior to contract award. Delivered doughnuts shall be fresh; day-old doughnuts are not acceptable. Delivery is to be made in boxes or trays. Doughnuts shall be made with yeast. Doughnut assortment shall consist of: glazed doughnuts with at least four flavors; filled doughnuts with apple, lemon, jelly filling and creme filled. Filling shall be no less than 1-1/4 ounces. Approximately 10,000 dozen doughnuts shall be delivered monthly to the dining facilities. Request one price per dozen. Applicable StandardIndustrial Classification (SIC) code is 2051; size standard is 500 employees. Estimated issue date is 1 November 1999.
