The Veterans Affairs Medical Center require an FTE Administrative Assistant that will be the program administrator in charge of project coordination and budget analysis for the Mental Illness Research, Education, and Clinical Center. The focus is to improve the care of veterans with PTSD and behavioral, cognitive, and functional problems associated with dementia. The Administrative Assistant will assume primary responsibility for budget management, analysis, and reporting using accounting software; track project progress; facilitate implementation of study procedures by acting as liaison between hospital personnel and study staff (e.g., pharmacy, medical lab, bursar's office). The contract will be for one base year with 4 one-year option periods, beginning 12/13/99 (or date of award) through 11/12/00.
