The maintenance services for the software listed below includes usage rights, enhancements, correction of errors and omissions, and all updates necessary for synchronization in the NCC computing environment. The Agency's requirement for maintenance support is for the following software modules: ESM NETWARE, ESM VMS, ESM UNIX, ESM NT, ITA MAINTENANCE, and ESM NT MAINTENANCE-AGENT. EPA believes Axent Technologies, Inc. is the only vendor capable of satisfying the software maintenance requirements stated above. The period of performance is expected to be from October 1, 1999 through September 30, 2000. No solicitation is available. All interest parties must respond within 10 days of the date of this announcement.
