Jackson,Contracting Officer at 202/663-4214 On-site, On-call Nationwide Remedial and Preventive Maintenance for Mailing Machine Systems, Scales, and Software/Hardware Updates. The contractor shall have nationwide maintenance capabilities and be able to service fifty-five Commission locations, which include, EEOC's Headquarters, District, Area and Local Office Locations. The principal manufacturer of the Mailing Equipment is Pitney Bowes. Remedial maintenance will include problem diagnosis, repair or replacement of defective parts and/or peripherals, includng all hardware/software disk replacements for scales. Preventive maintenance will include cleaning, inspections, and adjustments as specified by the original equipment manufacturer. Service shall be available during normal business hours (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM) local time, Monday through Friday, excluding Federal Holidays Observances.
