The contractor will provide these services to the inmate population of the FCI. The successful contractor shall be required to perform duties consistent within the field of Psychiatric Medicine. The institution anticipates the need for 84 sessions in a twelve month period, seven (7) sessions per month. Each session will be three hours in length. The position will not exceed 30 hours in a given week. This requirement is a 100% small business set-a-side. The anticipated period of performance will be from an award through twelve months. Additionally, the contract shall provide for four (4) twelve month option periods. The anticipated release date of this solicitation is November 1, 1999; closing December 6, 1999.
