The Federal Bureau of Prisons, South Central Regional Office, in Dallas, Texas plans to issue RFQ 51402-017-0 to provide classroom instruction leading to a two year associate's degree in Business Administration or General Business while also providing vocational/technical classes, workplace literacy classes, and Occupational Spanish classes for the inmate popuation at the Federal Correctional Institution in Seagoville, Texas. It is estimated that a total of 948 credit hours of college courses and 2400 sessions (6 hrs per session) for vocational/technical, workplace literacy, and occupational spanish classes will be available for a 12 month period for each area. The performance period shall consist of a 12 month base period with four 12 month option periods for renewal.
