Project includes learning resource center, interactive network operations center, library, production studio, administration, elevator, and access road. Access for the handicapped will be provided. Heating will be provided by gas-fired self-contained units. Air conditioning: 496 tons. Demolish 40 temporary buildings (151,354 SF) to include hazardous material abatement. Special foundation work is required due to expansive soils.
