Harris, (415) 427-1332 The work of this contract consists of construction of a ranger station at Juniper Lake, Lassen Volcanic National Park. The building is approximately 1,000 square foot with 450 square foot of loft space having cast-in-place concrete foundation, wood floor, wall and roof framing, plywood panel siding and standing seam metal roof. Site work includes utilisites stub out five feet from building. The Government will clear the site and preapre rough grade prior to construction. Contractor shall be responsible for building foundation and crawl space and backfill. Contract duration is 100 calender days. The price range is $100,000 to $250,000. The contract will be firm fixed-price. This procurement is open to both large and small businesses. The Standard Industrial Code 1542 and the annual size standard is $17.0 million.
