The Single Family Real Estate Owned Division of the HUD Philadelphia Homeownership Center is seeking lead based paint abatement and repainting services for properties located in the City of Philadelphia, PA. This procurement is a VERY SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE program. To be eligible, small businesses must have 15 employees or less, with annual revenues that do not exceed $1 million. These services will be required on an as-needed basis for one year. HUD intends to make multiple awards and compete individual task orders amoung the awardees. The SIC code is 1521. Offerors will be required to submit a proposal which includes information about their experience, past performance, and technical capability. The Request of Quote (RFQ) will be made available on or after November 1, 1999; all interested parties should submit a written request for the RFP to the above address or a facsimile request to (215) 656-3453, Attn: Donna Crowley.
