Greensweig ICA/06, 215-697-6240 FSC's contained within the anticipated solicitation consist of 3805, 2410, 2230, 3820, 3825, 3895. Drawings are not required. This is an unrestricted acquisition. It is subject to the Trade Agreements Act. Delivery to CONUS(excluding Alaska). The intent of this solicitation is to request prices for a vendor's entire heavy construction equipment product line. The Government anticipates continued recurring demand for these items. Anticipated contract type is to be a commercial requirements type contract. Multiple award contracts will be placed with vendors for their individual product line. Product line is to include but not be limited to the following: 1. Wheel loaders, track loaders, wheeled tractors,backhoe loaders 2.Integrated tool carriers, material handling loaders 3. Off road dump trucks,haulers,articulated dump trucks 4.Skid steer loaders 5. Fully articulated multi-use municipal rubber tired tractors, rubber tired tractors 6. All terrain vehicles, utility vehicles- Gators, Rovers, Clulb cars etc.7.Crawler tractors, crawler-mounted excavators, wheeled excavators, mini-excavators 8.Motorized road graders 9. Cable skidders, grapple skidders 10. Forestry equipment 11. Water Tankers 12. Trenchers- crawler, walk-behind rubber tired 13. Lazer leveling equipment 14. Additional miscellaneous equipment not covered under Lots 1 through 13: e.g. Robotic construction equipment, Construction equipment attachments and accessories. The supplier ( seller) shall sell to the buyer the items set forth in the supplier's commercial catalog. Such items may be referred to as "Products or end products", hereafter. Supplier may sell to buyer any items and services incidental to the end product and any add-on items as needed to customize a piece of equipment to conform to the customer's requirements. Services may include but not be limited to repair, installation, training, extended warranties. Items may include but not be limited to sale of repair parts, options, attachments, and add-ons. The term of the resulting contracts will be a three year base with 3 two year options and 1 one year option. Anticipated possible 10 year total. Delivery shall be in accordance with the suppliers' best commercial practices.
