E-MAIL: Cathy Kallistros, ckallis@pica.army.mil. The contractor is to investigate Paladin Version 11 Problem Change Reports (PCRs) generated during V11 Software Formal Qualification Testing. (The AFCS XXI Computer Unit (ACU) was procured to Performance Specifications. Sechan was competitively selected to design and build the entire production quantity of 1050 ACU units. Sechan maintains claim to several proprietary designs, including the design of the CPU and I/O CCAs requiring firmware and software drivers chosen specifically to work with this hardware. Version 11 software currently under development by the Government may require updates to the ACU software drivers and firmware to work properly with the new software configuration. Only Sechan has the unique knowledge and technical data necessary to make modifications to ACU hardware, firmware, or software drivers.
