C -- PROVIDE DESIGN AND SURVEY SERVICES FOR THE FEDERAL PRISON CAMP WATER SUPPLY LOCATED IN ALLENWOOD, PA POC P.A. Donahue-Ormandy, 570-547-1641, Extension 543 Professional Architect-Engineering services are required to provide design and survey services for the implementation of a construction contract to connect the Federal Prison Camp (FPC), Allenwood, PA water supply to the Federal Correctional Complex (FCC), Allenwood, PA water supply. The distance is estimated to be 10,000 feet and will require a new 300,000 gallon water tank at the FPC. The estimated performance period of the resulting contract is 475 calendar days, and consists of six phases. The phases are Preliminary Design, Technical Contract Documents, Bid Package Documents, Bidding Services, Constsruction Administration Services and As-Built Drawing. The evaluation criteria for selection and contract award, in descending order of importance, are as follows: (1) Proposed project team and organization; (2) Experience and performance; (3) Firm's capability and capacity; (4) Past Government performance; (5) Knowledge of locality and proximity to project site; and (6) Demonstrated use of recovered materials and energy management. Only those firms located in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania with the capabiity to perform the services described herein, are requested to submit appropriate data within 30 calendar days from the publication date of this announcement. Applicant responses to the aforementioned evaluation criteria shall use the Standard Forms 254 and 255, which will form the basis of the initial evaluation of qualifications. The data submitted shall be concise and must address all specific categories listed in the evaluation criteria.
