Service should be provided Monday thru Friday (except Holidays) 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM within eight (8) hours after contact by Government employee. Contractor must provide own tools and equipment to make repairs. If repairs cannot be made by the Contractor on-site; Contractor must contact Government Accountable Property Officer to obtain documentation allowing removal of equipment from the installation. Coverage should include all items as indicated in the Service Manual to include general machine cleaning. Contractor must be an authorized Raymond technician. The Standard Industrial Classification Code (SIC) for this requirement is 5084. The small business standard is 100 employees.
