Provide materials, equipment, labor, and transportation required to perform multitrade construction, repair and remodeling work and emergency work under an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract (IDIQC) for the Hawaiian Islands and Guam. The IDIQC will be for a base year and four option years. Offers under this solicitation are restricted to contractors who are certified under the Small Business Administration's 8(a) Business development Program. The area of consideration is limited to those firms who are presently certified by the Hawaii District Office or will be prior to the date of their offer. At least two IDIQ contracts will be awarded to the offerors who provide the lowest price, technically acceptable offer. The technical requirement includes at least 2 satisfactory performance ratings within the last 3 years from Federal Government entities or 4 satisfactory performance ratings within the least 5 years for local Government or private entities. The contractor must be capable of performing two of four disciplies including carpenty, painting, electrical, and plumbing in house.
