U.S. Bureau of Reclamation, Grand Coulee, Washington has a fixed price requirement for the following item: Pipe bender and tooling as follows: 2-inch Pipe Capacity Extra Heavy duty Pipe; Reinforcing Bar Stock -- Round -- 1-3/4-inch O.D.; Reinforcing Bar Stock -- Square -- 1-1/2-inch; Minimum Radius- Pipe -3 times IPS Diameter; 0-180 degree of Bend Range; 5 HP Motor minimum; Bending Moment -- 25,000 in. lbs. minimum, Spindle Diameter -- 3 inches minimum; Floor Space Required -- 3-1/2 x 3-1/2 feet maximum; 3 Phase; 60 HZ; 440 Volt AC; Foot Control; Overload Protection with Alarm; Emergency Stop; Pipe and Tubing to be Bent Without Internal Mandrels; Tooling for 1-1/4-inch, 1-1/2-inch, and 2-inch pipe; Pedrick Model A-7, or Equal.
