This is a notice of intent to negotiate with AlliedSignal Avionics Inc., Commercial Avionics Systems, 15001 NE 36th St., Redmond, Washington 98073-9701 on an other than full and open competition to purchase 25 each MK VII Ground Proximity Warning Computer (GPWC) Mounting Tray Assemblies, PN 600-5884-002, for the C-130 aircraft. AlliedSignal Avionics is the sole designer, developer and supplier of the MK VII GPWC C-130 Mounting Tray Assembly, and as such, is the only source available to satisfy the government's requirement to meet C-130 GPWC production installations. Delivery is required to be FOB Destination to Navairsyscom, Cherry Point, NC 28533 and shall be completed by May 2000. This synopsis is published for information purposes only.
