The Government intends to negotiate with only one source, Smiths Industries, Kelvin Hughes Ltd., Hainault, Ilford, Essex, United Kingdom. The shipping terms will be f.o.b. destination, Naval Surface Warfare Center, Crane, IN, with the inpection/acceptance at source. Delivery will be required within 90 days from contract award. Standard warranty required.
