The Department of Agriculture, Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service, Riverdale/Washington Business Site is seeking information about Commercial Off-the Shelf (COTS) automated procurement software applications which will execute on IBM-compatable hardware (PC LAN-based environment). The need is for a multi-user system which allows multiple purchasing agents to enter data, retrieve information, execute queries and execute reports. Requisitioning offices will need a 'read-only' access to query the status of their purchase requests. The software application, at a minimum should capture vendor, requisition number, description of purchase, dates, award dollars, competition data, purchasing agent name or identifier, generated purchase order number, and business category information (i.e., small business, Small Disadvantaged, 8a, women-owned, large, etc). Additional desired information to capture would be the type of purchase (visa charge, purchase order, contract), whether it is a Performance Base Service Contract (PBSC), or a Contract for Advisory and Assistance (CASS). If there are any vendors having such COTS software, please provide the following information (1) Company Capability Statement, (2) Product Description of the software and platform which it can execute on, (3) Contact name, (4) Telephone Number, (5) Business Size Category, (6) Available contracting vehicle(s) or schedules for federal wide purchases, (7) TIN, and (8) if your company is an authorized dealer for automated procurement COTS software.
