Specialist, Linda N. Bentley, Contracting Officer The U.S. Army Space
and Missile Defense Command (USASMDC), Weapons Directorate intends to
enter into a noncompetitive contract with Aerojet General Corporation
to continue on-going work of the Atmospheric Integrated Technology
(AIT) Solid Divert Attitude Control System (SDACS). The effort will
continue on the support of engineering, modeling, tasks, and the
advancement of technology to allow for longer flight duration. Secret
clearance will be required. Under the authority of FAR
6.302-1(a)(2)(ii), this action is a sole source award to Aerojet
General Corporation, P.O. Box 13222, Sacramento, CA 94813-6000. No
telephone inquiries will be accepted. All responses should be directed
to SMDC-CM-CN/Gladys Erskine and must be received within fifteen (15)
days from the date of this notice. This acquisition is not open to
