The FISC Norfolk Detachment Philadelphia intends to competitively procure Joint Task Force Civil Support services for the Joint Forces Command. Required tasks include the provision of personnel and services that deal with Weapons of Mass Destruction and the response to Nuclear, Biological, Chemical and Radiological (NBCR)environments. Other required services include the implementation of training and operations plans, administrative and personnel support, and communications, engineering, contracting, medical and public affairs support. The proposed procurement is being processed on an Unrestricted basis and will consist of one base year and four option years. The proposed action will result in a Cost Plus Award Fee contract.
