B -- EXIT INTERVIEW PROCESS SOL NMA401-99-RFI1 DUE 112299 POC Ms. Andrea McClendon, Contract Specialist, (301)227-5130 This Request for Information (RFI) is seeking sources to perform an "Exit Interview" for departing employees that leave the agency. The Contractor shall be responsible for interviewing all employees that leave the agency, to include retirees, to ascertain the reason(s) for departure; gather data surrounding the reasons for departure and report such findings at Senior-level meetings. Additionally, based on the data gathered make recommendations for improvement in the Agency's policies and procedures. The Contractor that implements the "Exit Interview" process must have an understanding of the organizational culture so that he/she can develop a tracking system that focuses on organizational entities and provides trends in statistical format that will meet the needs of a scientific and technical organization such as NIMA. Respondees may be requested to present an Oral Presentation after receipt of Capability Statements.
