The United States Postal Service (USPS) seeks to identify and pre-qualify interested suppliers capable of providing a Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) Vehicle Maintenance/Fleet Operations focused on the collection and tracking of all costs related to Postal owned and leased vehicles. Interested providers of the software must demonstrate, via their submissions in accordance with the requirements provided, a proven capability to provide a COTS solution capable of efficiently enabling 5,000 or more concurrent users located at a minimum of 300 widely geographically dispersed sites throughout the United States (CONUS, Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico). These sites track the maintenance of approximately 250,000 Postal owned and leased vehicles at 8,000 or more locations. In addition, the solution must have the ability to track more than 250,000 repair parts line inventory items and 1,000 or more bulk fuel/oil storage tanks. If the proposed solution includes multiple COTS products, these applications must exist as a fully integrated suite of products that are currently being used by a production install base of similar size, scope, and function.
