Concerns having the ability for providing a Community Corrections Center facility for male federal offenders. Those interested are requested to give written notification (including telephone number and point of contact) to the contracting office listed in this notice. Services required include care, custody, control, accountability, training opportunities and treatment, to include furnishing of subsistance and medical services, except the expense of hospital, surgical, prescriptions, and dental treatment. The services described shall be in accordance with the Federal Bureau of Prisons' Statement of Work. Location of the facility shall be in the Washington, DC area. An estimated number of inmate days are a minimum of 5,475 and a maximum of 18,250 for the base period and option years one, two, three, and four (100% male). Estimated RFP issue date is November 23, 1999 and the estimated closing date January 24, 2000. Contract base period is one year with four one yearoption years to renew.
