Sources having the ability to provide OUT-PATIENT assessment and
counseling services in the Tampa, Florida area for the drug abuse
treatment of male and female Federal offenders (inmates) held under the
authority of various United States Statutes. A Firm-Fixed Price
Requirements type contract is anticipated for a one-year contract.
Services for a one-year contract will be performed from January 1, 2000
through December 31, 2000. The services required for the contract
include (1) Intake Assessment (one per inmate); (2) Individual
Counseling (48-30 minute sessions per inmate) and (3) Group Counseling
(52-30 minute sessions per inmate). The services described shall be in
accordance with the Federal Bureau of Prisons' "Transitional Drug Abuse
Treatment (TDAT)" Statement of Work. The estimated Request for
Propsoals (RFP) closing date is December 1, 1999. All responsible
sources may submit a proposal which will be considered by this Agency.
