The basic period of performance shall be from 1 Jan 2000 through 31 Dec 2000 with two one-year options for CYs 2001 and 2002. This requirement is under the authority and justification of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) based on the determination that the Government needs can only be satisfied by one source.
