The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center, Norfolk Detachment -- Washington D.C. intends to negotiate a sole source contract with the non-profit educational institution, the Charles Stark Draper Laboratory, Inc. 555 Technology Square, Cambridge, MA 01239-3563, for the Indian Head, Naval Surface Warfare Center (IHD-NSWC) in Indian Head, MD. The contractor will provide engineering, development, prototyping, test, integration, and operational demonstration support services necessary to determine systems integration alternatives, identify risks and execute necessary non- proprietary designs for DARAP and other DOD activities.
