The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center, Norfolk Detachment -- Washington D.C. intends to negotiate a sole source contract with the non-profit educational institution, the Georgia Tech Research Corporation, Georgia Institute of Technology (GTRI) Atlanta, GA 30332, for the Indian Head, Naval Surface Warfare Center (IHD-NSWC) in Indian Head, MD. The contractor will provide engineering, development, prototyping, test, integration, and operational demonstration support services. The services will assist DOD and other government agencies the capability access Original Equipment Manufacturer's (OEMs) proprietary data and designs products and processes for the purposes of assessment and validation in the areas of technology insertion, development of various radar, electronic warfare, and other electronics and avionics systems. This will be awarded as a sole Source procurement under 10 USC 2304 (c)(3) Industrial Mobilization, Engineering, Developmental, or Research Capability.
