NOTICE OF INTENT TO NEGOTIATE A SOLE SOURCE REQUIREMENTS CONTRACT -- ANALYTICAL SERVICES FOR YUMA AREA OFFICE The Bureau of Reclamation, Yuma Area Office, Yuma Arizona, intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Acculabs, Inc. 1725 West 17th Street, Tempe AZ 85281. The purpose of the sole source is to allow the Bureau of Reclamation to increase the quantity of analytical services and to provide for a 24-hour and 48-hour written test results/report requirement upon receipt of each sample under the existing Requirements Contract, No. 99-PG-34-0101.
