The Air Force Flight Test Center intends to award a sole source contract to the Aegis Research Corporation of Falls Church, VA. The contractor will provide training services to support the Acquisition Security Program which includes providing all labor, transportation, equipment, tools, training materials, supervision and other services necessary to conduct a specialized security course tailored to the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM), Chapter 8 (Special Access Program). Subject matters of the course shall include Security Modes of Operation/Protection Levels, Software/Hardware Configuration Management, Continuity of Operations Plan (COOP), Network Security, Physical/Technical Security Issues, and New Technologies. Course will include the skills, policy, familiarity, and technical understanding to perform the daily job functions of an Information Systems Security Representative (ISSR). Each student will receive a Student Handbook, a Reference Guide and a Reference CD-ROM. Exercises, quizzes, and examinations will be used to establish student progress through the material presented.
