NASA/MSFC Invitation for Bid (IFB) for providing labor, equipment, and materials to perform the removal of the existing firealarm systems and the installation of the new fire alarm systems and the installation of the new fire alarm systems in Buildings 4572, 4612, 4619, 4650, 4705, 4707, 4760 and will include all materials, equipment, supplies, labor,and transportation (except any materials, equipment, utility, or service, if any, specified herein to be furnished by the Government), and performing all work in strict accordance with the contract documents, all of which are made a part hereof, and including such detail/drawings as may be furnished by the Contracting Officer from time to time during the prosecution of the work in explanation of said drawings. All requests for this IFB package must be made in writing and contain the complete company name, address, and phone/fax numbers. Request for IFB Packages must include a cashiers check in the amount of $25.00, made payable to "NASA CASHIER". Award of this project is contingent upon the availability of funds. Safety records of the pime and any subcontractors will be a consideration at award time and the EXPERIENCE MODIFICATION RATING (EMR) will be required when you submit your bid. This procurement is a total small business set-aside. See Note 1. The SIC Code and Size Standard are 1541 and 17M, respectively. The DPAS Rating for this procurement is DO- 09.
