49 -- PAINT GUN CLEANING STATIONS SOL N68335-00-R-0147 POC June Manganello (732) 323-2735 This procurement is for a quantity of two, air operated, top loading type paint gun cleaning stations that will automatically clean one and two-part component paints from siphon feed, pressure fed, and gravity feed type paint spray guns, both high pressure, and high volume low pressure (HVLP) type. The station will also clean gun hoses, cups up to 2 quart size, gun extensions, specialty spray heads, and pressure pots up to 2.5 gallons. Commercially available off-the-shelf equipment and parts shall be used to fulfill this requirement. The procurement provides provisions for submission of provisioning and other data. This contract type will be firm fixed price indefinite delivery indefinite quantity for quantities up to 775 units for a five year ordering period.
