Nopal Street, Santa Barbara, California, 93103 is the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) and is the only known source with the knowledge, experience and technical data necessary to manufacture the assemblies in the required time period. Firms that recognize and provide this hardware are encouraged to identify themselves. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which will be considered by the government in determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
