Contractual services are for a base period of five (5) years. The Government intends to procure the service through competitive negotiations using Source Selection Procedures. This solicitation is open to both small and large business concerns. The anticipated solicitation issue date is September 22, 1999. Proposals will be due November 10, 1999.
