THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME. Immigration and Naturalization Service is conducting market research to seek qualified sources capable of providing a template for the purpose of fingerprinting. The template is used to secure a form in place while the fingerprint impression and signature are captured in boxes. The box size for both fingerprint and signature is 4"width x 3 3/8" length. The fingerprint impression box is squared "length x " width. The signature box is rectangular 1 7/8" length x 3/8" width. The bottom of the fingerprint impression box is located approximately 1 3/8" from the bottom right side of the template and the right side of the block is located approximately 1 1/4" from the right side. The top of the fingerprint impression box is located approximately 1 3/8" from the top of template. The signature box is located below the fingerprint box. The bottom of the signature box is located approximately " from the bottom right side of the template and the right side of the box is located 1 1/8" from the right side. The template should be in two layers so that a form could be inserted between the plates. The entire template can be of any size as long as the required boxes are in the proper location. The template should be made of a durable material to withstand excessive use (not plastic). Responses must include product specification (preferably a diagram) and cost information.
