A justification for Other than Full and Open Competition is being prepared in support of this acquisition. This procurement is for follow on work for analysis of MS Access data, confirm design meets Natick data storage requirements, map MS Access data to files to batch load, Estimate additional vault storage and server requirements, batch load images from JEDMICS, batch load AutoCad files, miscellaneous docs and revision history at Aberdeen Proving Ground MD. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302.
