The Air Force Flight Test Center, Edwards AFB, CA is interested in obtaining a contract for the F-22 Flight Test Program for the conversion of a coolanol liquid cooling system to polyalphaolefin (PAO) cooling system at the Benefield Anechoic Facility (BAF). The potential contractors may fulfill this requirement by either converting the existing coolanol system that is currently in the BAF or proposing an entirely new liquid coolant system. The liquid cooling system and associated delivery elements (i.e., pumps, valves, sensors, control system, piepes, hoses, etc.) shall be delivered and tested as an integrated turn key system.
