The Army National Guard requires Field Service Representatives (FSR's) trained and experienced in the service and repair of UH-60 Blackhawk Aircraft. The FSR's will be permanently based in Groton, CT; Fresno, CA; Springfield, MO; and Gulfport, MS. The FSR's will be required to visit various Army operating units to perform training, troubleshooting, crash damage evaluation and assist with repairs. Sikorsky Support Services Inc. 6900 Main Street, Stratford, CT 06497-1387 is considered to be the only known qualified source that can provide these FSR's. In the absence of qualified sources it is the intent of the Government to negotiate a sole source contract under "other than full and open competition" procedures, pursuant to 10 USC 2304 (c)(1).
