SILL, OK SOL DABT60-99-R-0019 DUE 112299 POC Tom Bassett, Contract Specialist, (757)-878-3166 ext. 292 or Abra Smith, Contract Officer, (757)-878-3166 ext. 269 TRADOC Acquisition Center (TAC) will be issuing a DRAFT Solicitation on or about 21 OCT 99 for an A-76 Commercial Activity Study for Public Works functions at Ft.Sill, OK. This office welcomes industry comments/questions pertaining to any portion of the solicitation; with particular emphasis on Sections L & M and the Performance Work Statement. Please respond by 22 NOV 1999. Pertinent responses to this draft solicitation will be used to IMPROVE similar TRADOC A-76 projects. A final solicitation will be issued in approximately 70 days. The Ft. Sill requirement is for services relating to the operation and maintenance of Buildings and Structures, Family Housing, Utility Systems, HVAC Systems, Dining Facility Equipment, Surfaced Area's and Grounds, Pest Control, U-Do-It Services, Self-Help Services, Water and Wastewater Plant, Equipment Maintenance and Landfill Maintenance. The Performance Period is for one year with 4 one-year options. The applicable SIC Code is 8744 with a Size Standard of $20M. This procurement will be solicited unrestricted under a cost-plus-award-fee arrangement. A formal source selection procedure will be used during the evaluation process with oral presentations being a part of the process.
